Composition :
Each capsule contains:

Nigellae sativa Semen : 360 mg
Achillae Folia : 480 mg
Zingiberis Rhizoma : 192 mg
Blumeae Folia : 480 mg
Curcumae domesticae Rhizoma : 888 mg

Uses:
- Helps to shorten or eliminate menstrual cramps safely and thoroughly.
- Effective in overcoming delayed menstruation period.
- Alleviates any discomfort during the monthly period, e.g. backache, stiff muscles, stomach ache, stomach upset, and nausea.
- Eliminates and prevents acne due to PMS and menstruation.

Dosage :
• To shorten the menstruation period or to overcome any discomfort during the monthly period, take 2 capsules every evening for three consecutive days.
• To overcome delayed menstruation period or premenstrual syndrome (PMS), take 2 capsules every night for three consecutive days.
